Please review our store policies prior to purchase

By completing a purchase you are agreeing to our stores policies as stated below.

Returns: Due to the nature of spellcrafted and metaphysical items, we do not accept returns. If you’re unhappy with your items or have any issues please contact us directly at TheSpectralCottage@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Cancelations: We accept order cancelations within 24 hours of your order being placed. This includes needing an item removed or swapped. To do this please send us an email at TheSpectralCottage@gmail.com

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages: The Spectral Cottage is not responsible for packages once they’ve been shipped. Please reach out to your local postal service or customs agency with any issues including but not limited to packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged. We’re sorry for this inconvenience.

Returned to sender: Please double check your address before submitting your order. If for any reason your package is sent back to us, we will contact you 3 times via email. For the order to be resent we do expect you to cover the additional cost of reshipping the items. If you choose not to cover the re-shipping cost or we do not hear from you: you are only eligible for a refund of half your order not including taxes or shipping costs.

Allergies: We operate The Spectral Cottage within our cat friendly home. Our products contain possible allergens. Although we do our best to keep our products separate, they are made in close proximity to each other. Due to this we can not guarantee a product is 100% free of allergens and we recommend you avoid purchasing if you have severe allergies.
